What is Dysport®?
Dysport® is an injectable neuromodulator, similar to Botox® and Xeomin®. Approved by both Health Canada and the FDA, it’s used to treat dynamic wrinkles—the lines that form from repeated facial expressions like frowning, smiling, or squinting.

- Frown lines (glabella)
- Forehead wrinkles

How Does It Work?
Dysport® works by temporarily relaxing targeted facial muscles. This helps soften expression lines and can prevent them from deepening over time. The treatment mainly targets muscles in the upper third of the face, though other areas can also be addressed depending on your goals.
What to Expect at Your Visit
Appointments are typically quick and straightforward—many people fit them in on a lunch break.
- Injections are done using very fine needles
- Discomfort is usually minimal; ice can be applied if preferred
- You can return to work or normal activities right after your appointment
When Will I See Results?
Some clients start noticing improvements within 3 days, with peak results appearing around 7 to 10 days. Results generally last between 3 to 6 months, depending on the individual and treatment area.

Is There Any Downtime?
Most people experience little to no downtime. Occasionally, there may be some mild redness at the injection sites, which typically fades within 20–30 minutes.

Dr. Morrow is an experience cosmetic and family physician who has been providing aesthetic injectable treatments or over 10 years. In addition to cosmetic uses, he also treats chronic migraines and hyperhidrosis with neuromodulator injections. Dr. Morrow emphasizes a natural approach to treatment and takes care to estimate the number of units needed based on each client’s goals and facial anatomy. He is also a member of American Mensa and Mensa Canada.
How Much Does Dysport® Cost?
Dysport® is priced at $10 per unit. Treatment cost varies depending on the number of areas treated and the number of units required. You’ll be given an estimate before proceeding with treatment.
